Fitted gloves with fairly loose beaded and cabled cuff and a beaded ring on the right forefinger. The cuff is a challenging knit, not to be hurried. Slow down and enjoy it.
Sizes: women’s small, medium and large. The same cuff should fit all three sizes. Fingers are knitted to your actual finger length.
Requirements
Yarn:
- 100g of any fine, smooth, well-plied and strong 4 ply yarn.
Needles: the entire glove is knitted on 4 dpns.
- The cuff is knitted on size 2.5mm/UK13/US1 (small and medium); size 2.75mm/UK12/US2 (large).
The palm and fingers are knitted as follows:
- Metric: 2.25 – 2.5 mm for small size; 2.75 mm for medium size; 3.25 mm for large size.
- UK and Canadian: Size 13 (small); 12 (med); size 10 (large)
- US: Size 1 (small); 2 (med); size 3 (large)
Beads:
- 500 rocailles (seed beads), size 8/0 or 7/0 (Matsuno seed beads recommended).
Crochet hook:
- One steel crochet hook to fit through the holes in most of your beads: probably size 0.75-1.0mm (old UK size 5-4; US size numbers vary).

- Small size: – on 2.25 – 2.5mm needles: 36 sts per 4in
- Medium size: – on 2.75mm needles: 32 sts per 4in
